ORDERING AND DELIVERY

 

HOW TO ORDER

 

Our cupcakes are made to order  and we require 24 hours  notice. We can sometimes take last minute orders so please ring to enquire. For Courier Deliveries we require a minimum of three days notice.

 

Ordering is simple - either call or send us an email. On receipt of your order an invoice will be emailed to you. We accept cash, online bank transfer or paypal (payments made with paypal will incur a 3.4% surcharge).

 

HAND DELIVERY

 

We  can hand deliver to Streatham, Norbury, Thornton Heath, Mitcham, Croydon, Balham, Clapham, Tooting,  and all surrounding areas within a 5 mile radius of  SW16. You are welcome to collect by appointment.

 

Our Cupcakes are delivered in boxes specially designed for cupcakes which will ensure your cupcakes reach you in perfect condition.

 

Please note a minimum order of £30 applies for hand deliveries.

 

Delivery charges are as follows:

 

Within 3 miles of  SW16 - £8

Within 5 miles of  SW16 - £12

 

 

NATIONWIDE COURIER DELIVERY

 

Please order a minimum of 3 days in advance of your delivery date. See deadlines below:

 

Orders received by 5pm Monday         -   Delivered Thursday

Orders received by 5pm Tuesday         -   Delivered Friday

Orders received by 5pm Wednesday    -  Delivered Saturday (Surcharge applies) or Monday

Orders received by 5pm Thursday      -   Delivered Tuesday

Orders received by 5pm Friday           -   Delivered Tuesday

Orders received on  Saturday               -  Delivered Tuesday

Orders received on  Sunday                  -  Delivered Wednesday
